Shipping policy

Order was sold through a FACEBOOK DESTASH GROUP. I state that orders ship out same day/next business day once paid. Customer paid at 6:17pm and at 8:58pm (same day 07/24/2026) she opened a chargeback. It’s impossible to receive an order not even 3hrs later from Texas to North Carolina. As seen on the evidence provided, she tried paying through shop pay which it got denied due to insufficient funds. I hope this time Shopify can actually side with me from losing the chargeback fee of $15. It’s sad that customers scam small businesses always.
